  • September 5, 2014: FERC issues Scoping Document 2 (SD2)

• September 5, 2014:  Districts file Proposed Study Plan (PSP)

• January 5, 2015:  Districts file Revised Study Plan (RSP)

• February 2, 2015:  FERC issues its Study Plan Determination (SPD)

• May 1, 2015:  FERC Director issues Study Dispute Determination (SDD)

• February 2, 2016:  Districts issue Initial Study Report (ISR)

• February 1, 2017:  Districts issue Updated Study Report (USR)

• April 24, 2017:  Districts file Draft License Application (DLA)

• October 11, 2017:  Districts file Final License Application (FLA)

• February 11, 2019:  FERC issues Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS)

• July 7, 2020:  FERC issues Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS)
